SVC SocietyPro Website:
- Login to SVC SocietyPro
- Click on Helpdesk in left side menu.
- Right on top click on Add Ticket for to add new a complaint, request & suggestion.
- Click on view to check earlier added complaint, request & suggestion.
SVC SocietyPro Mobile App:
- In main menu click on Complaint tab
- Click on Add (+) button to add new complaint, request & suggestion.
- Click on complaint to check earlier added complaint, request & suggestion.
